It is added to honey: Approximately 5 grams of royal jelly are added to half a kilogram of honey. The amount of royal jelly can be doubled or decreased as needed or to increase the effect. Mix well and take one tablespoon twice daily, morning and evening, mixed with a small amount of warm water. It is preferable to drink it on an empty stomach, either a quarter of an hour before a meal or two hours after a meal, to maximize its effect. Royal jelly contains countless beneficial, essential, and stimulating substances for humans, namely: 66.05% water, 12.34% proteins, 5.46% fats, 12.49% carbohydrates, 0.82% ash, and 2.82% unknown and non-analyzable substances. Therefore, many researchers have called it the “magic ingredients,” which give royal jelly its properties. Lipids and fatty acids: 10-hydroxy-decenoic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 24-methylene cholesterol, esters of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, myristic, palmitic, stearic, separiic, adipic, pimelic, and subaric acids. Three new components of royal jelly were isolated and classified as 8-hydroxyoctanoic acid, 3-hydroxydecenoic acid, and a dextrorotatory isoform of 3,10-dextrodecenoic acid. Royal jelly was found to contain 26 or more fatty acids, 12 of which were identified: lauric, undecenoic, capric, nonanoic, palmitoleic, palmitic, myristoleic, tridecenoic, myristic, stearic, linoleic, and arachidonic acid. Carbohydrates: A group of sugars was identified in royal jelly, including glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, ribose, mannose, isomaltose, gentiolus, trehalose, nutrehalose, and turanose. Amino acids and proteins: Royal jelly contains aspartic acid, lysine, serine, glutamic acid, proline, valine, alanine, glycine, threonine, tryptophan, histidine, arginine, cysteine, adenosine diphosphate, and adenosine triphosphate in amounts of 185.2 micrograms and 302.1 micrograms per gram of dry weight, respectively. Vitamins: Royal jelly has been observed to contain large amounts of pantothenic acid, up to six times the amount found in yeast, and its presence has been confirmed in all analyses. It also contains vitamins B6, thiamine (B1), riboflavin, ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid (pellagra preventative), biotin, and pyridoxine. In its raw form: Take at least twice a day, 1 gram at a time, dissolved under the tongue and then swallowed. It is preferable to take it on an empty stomach, either 15 minutes before a meal or two hours after a meal.
