Description

It promotes tooth growth and combats cavities due to its richness in phosphorus and calcium. Add the contents of the 12.5g package to half a kilogram of honey and mix well each time. Take one tablespoon of the mixture, stir it into half a cup of water, and drink it on an empty stomach, either before or two hours after a meal. Take this mixture 2-3 times daily, depending on the need or severity of the condition. Alternatively, boil water, add a spoonful of garden cress seeds, and drink a cup on an empty stomach and another cup in the evening. This can be sweetened with honey. Another method is to take a teaspoon of ground garden cress seeds every morning for one month. For external use: Apply a poultice of ground garden cress seeds mixed with water to form a paste to treat abscesses, acute local inflammations, and cysts.
