Artichoke extract contains cynarin, a substance that has been found to combat atherosclerosis by preventing the deposition of fats in the arteries and the resulting impaired blood supply to the heart muscle. This substance also significantly lowers cholesterol levels and acts as a cholagogue (bile-stimulating agent). Furthermore, it contains a compound known as caffeoylquinic acid, which has a direct effect on the liver, stimulating its reactions, detoxifying it, and protecting it from damage. Benefits: - It contains 70% cynarin, which helps regulate liver function, regenerate liver cells, and treat acute and chronic viral hepatitis. - It is used for digestive disorders, including indigestion, gallbladder pain, and chronic constipation. - It is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which causes symptoms such as abdominal pain and alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea. - It reduces cholesterol production in the liver (80-90% of blood cholesterol is produced in the liver) and increases its conversion to bile acids. - The extract is used as a diuretic and has been found to be effective in treating gonorrhea. Usage: - By adding it to honey: Add the contents of the package to half a kilogram of honey, stir well, and take 2-3 times daily, depending on the severity of the condition, morning and evening, on an empty stomach, either before or two hours after a meal. Each time, stir the package well, take one tablespoon, place it in half a cup of water, stir well, and then drink. - By adding it to water: Place half a teaspoon of the extract in half a cup of water and drink 2-3 times daily, depending on the severity of the condition.
